India’s growing economy has created a demand for new construction with fresh ideas. The first condominium project designed by ODW was launched in Dec 2007, in Pune and was well received by prospective buyers. Since then ODW has designed various projects in India. In the recent years ODW has recognized the Indian clients need for having a consolidated project delivery service. Organic Design Works, under the leadership of Amol Dahivadkar has been formed to address this need.
Amol Dahivadkar has 16 years experience in India. Associates from Mumbai adding new expertise in execution and project scheduling.
Over the last 10 years ODW has designed and executed projects in the US, Japan, Thailand, China and India. ODW has been widely published and has recently been selected as one of the top US firms practicing organic architect, for a travelling exhibit in Europe and Russia.
